Thread regarding Omnissa layoffs

SKO

Last August Ruelas and Shanks said there would be a SKO 2025 in Feb, that never happened, yeah they were drunk and acting as clowns. Any ideas when it might happen ;-) …

The prior CEO and CFO at Citrix were both fired for fabricating SaaS ARR results. The problem is rooted in the fact that old software vendors can't convince enough customers to switch from perpetual licences to SaaS subscriptions. The value prop offer is flawed.

"So, you think that KKR and the banks holding our debt don't conduct audits?"

Yes, of course. That's how KKR likely discovered the initial SaaS ARR discrepancies. More audits are necessary to ensure that revenue reporting is more accurate going forward.

Understood, but we know our leadership has lied to KKR about financial results in the past, that's why I believe it was unrealistic reporting in 2025

So, you think that KKR and the banks holding our debt don't conduct audits?

Most of us in sales are aware that the sales kickoff event will be a pointless attempt by Shankar and Norlin to improve morale in our front line teams. We're all waiting for the U.S. job market to recover and then we'll be out of this train wreck ASAP. It's hopeless.

Winning UnitedHealth would be ironic, because they also have clueless leadership and are in a similar revenue and profitability decline free fall as Omnissa.

"Outsider... Omnissa is presently in FY26."

Producing "strong bookings attainment in the 2nd half of FY25" is unrealistic.

Outsider... Omnissa is presently in FY26. And you should know that if you weren't an outside troll
The 2nd half of FY25 ran from August 2024 thru January 2025.

Are they inviting Jared Cooke to reveal all the falsehoods to boost sales?

The fabricated stories that customers adore manage windows with Workspace One.

This time, will he share the customers who abandoned Omnissa because Workspace One and Horizon are buggy products?

Producing "strong bookings attainment in the 2nd half of FY25" is unrealistic.

Nobody on the sales team expects us to now achieve that ridiculous outcome.

Last August Ruelas and Shanks said there would be a SKO 2025 in Feb,

BS. Those of us who where there remember that they said that they hopes to have a sales kickoff in February, but that would only happen if we produced strong bookings attainment in the 2nd half of FY25.

And you are only motivated if you can drink and scr*w around in Las Vegas?1?

If 90+% of us still aren’t reaching our quota, a sales kick-off event will be the last-ditch attempt to reverse the ongoing revenue decline. Achieving that goal with the same sales leadership team is impossible. We have no confidence in our sales SVP or his direct reports.
