Normally, you hear the slogan for Allstate is you are in good hands, but when it comes to this guy, Mike Fiato sometimes all you get is a finger.

Fiato is a mo--n and has bounced around between insurance companies as VP of Claims and has been fired a few times. He now comes to Allstate as the biggest cluster fu-k I’ve ever seen. This is my first hand experience working close to him.

Don't know him and don't care to know him. Probably just another beta lackey with zero business acumen and zero business sense who will become quite proficient in sniffing Tommy's pa-ties. Basically the same as all of the others in the Ivory Tower of this company.

I am baby boomer who retired with quite a few skills and a $2m pension. Allstate is great American company. Work hard today.

100%. Executives at companies didn't get to that position by being the nice person. Like it is not, they have a company to run and that includes making unfavorable decisions.
Some people treat this job like a marriage. Sad
He cares about people? Is he running a daycare? He is paid to do a job, stop thinking these people care about you.
Ha Ha! I'm sure it was discussed in his interview... "Are you ok laying off x% of workers for a 6 figure bonus?". His answer got him the job.
