I feel your pain. I had almost 10 years. Shield Awards, manager commendations, got along with my coworkers.
Nows the time to use those connections for your next job/move. If you're staying in banking/tech: God Speed, I'm done, it's a Sh*tshow right now.
I'll tell you the reality now so you don't think it's just you: It took 60 job applications for me to finally get an offer. 3 Months unemployed. It su-ked. But keep your head up.

- Focus on your wellbeing/have a schedule
- Learn/brush up on a Skill (i.e. Google Analytics etc)
This one is controversial but : Use AI for cover letters, make it sound "human". If jobs can use AI to deny you in 1 second after you put in 1-2 hours of work on an application, why can't you use it? Be smart about it.
