Hello, for those of you that hold the titles above. I was wondering if you all are giving the opportunity to speak on your teams behalf of the workplace flexibility? Or Directors and above are making the decisions on which teams are staying remote and not? Can some one provide me a clearer understanding on how this is being determined and by whom?
I am seeing a lot of jobs being posted remote. Yet, the ones that are here is still in the waiting game of the know.

Supervisor who used to have tons of say but now with SS have no say in anything. We have everything dictated from above, the VP made the decision for us. At least the VP went with remote...although they would have been insanely screwed and unable to fill any positions if they didn't.
@pqur+1fA0zXJM 5 days of in office?
Flexibility? What a joke. We are being forced back into 5 days.
Typical responses! The Fidelis/ Centene corporate only cares about squeezing the life out of their CMs, their supervisors and managers are a joke! I’m so glad I’m out of that sewer environment, good luck to all!!😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
@1nhw+1fA0zXJM Are they making you all go back 5 days? Is this the decision from the first announcement on flexibility? Or the most recent one?
@1pzw+1fA0zXJM In my department (Fidelis) they are pushing everyone back without even asking, they pressure you enough where you feel like you don’t have a choice or option.
Thank you so much for this reply. This helps. I’m also part of corporate.
I am a manager under corporate. I cannot speak to your team's circumstances, but I have had a very direct say in how my team of individual contributors is classified. My department leader endorsed my recommendations. It's going to depend on your department leadership as to how much they engage managers and supervisors. If they tell you they had no say, don't rush to blame your manager/supervisor. It's likely that their leaders didn't give them a seat at the table. Mine did. Everyone's should. The reality may be that everyone's won't.
