Boeing Insider Lays Out Company’s Descent Into Its Diversity Obsession

The insider points out that some companies can get away with hiring
daffy workers based on DEI principles, such as tech companies,
by paying diverse applicants more to ensure quality,
but companies like Boeing do not have that ability.

“But this can be catastrophic in lower-margin or legacy companies,”
the insider said in the interview.
“You are playing musical chairs, and if you do the same things
that Google is doing, you are going to end up with
The Bottom 20% Of The Preferred Population.”

The interview also drew attention to a lack of commitment and
relation to the airplane industry that top executives possess,
with the insider pointing to the current CEO and CFO having
gained their experience at General Electric.

Top executives are also disconnected from average workers
At the company, who would rather not incorporate politics into
business as DEI initiatives do.

It appears that the management of Boeing is just a hobby for these
Ιdiots.

“The headquarters in Arlington is empty,”
the insider told Rufo. “Nobody lives there.
It is an empty executive suite.

Most all would agree that arguments against hiring persons based
on anything other than their character and competence is not
acceptable. (See, Martin Luther King Jr.)
This is widely considered Factual, by the global population.
The use of your newly discovered word has no effect on these facts.

To produce a counter argument without empirical data is

DEI "theory" is just a clever way to discriminate against whites
it is kind of obvious since it is not applied in every country by all corporations
sigh, it has destroyed this country - it is completely unrecognizable and declining fast - i give it maybe 2 years

Not hiring the most qualified person for the job, has a negative impact.
To state otherwise is gross naiveté or an absurd fabrication.

A policy of hiring someone less qualified over other candidates,
to fill an ideologies perverse sense of equity and inclusion is repugnant.

It is a disservice to every enterprise and person affiliated with an
organization adhering to such policies, as well as being detrimental
to the community as a whole.

DEI in its uniquely Americanized form is the antithesis of a Meritocracy
Where the most valuable human resources are squandered in the
Production of goods and services causing a negative knock-on effect
damaging all businesses and individuals associated with or attempting
commerce with such a perverse corporation.
Adherence to an ideology rather than merits never ends well.

This DEI is in direct opposition to the qualified getting the job in favor
of a vacuous virtue signal by hiring a poster child for kindness
“Look At Us, We Are A Self-Righteous Corporation, Hurray For Us…”

Hiring someone or showing preferential treatment because of
the color of their skin or how they identity rather than hiring
the best candidate for the job, is a high display of mental filth.

Proponents of DEI are the most despicable people on Earth.
There is no defense in hiring practices based on ones race
or how they identify.
Such individuals are demonic in nature; (A Natural Evil)

Its why DEI is such a “Natural Fit” for Boeing Management

My biggest issue with DEI is now all our meat has to come from halal vendors so only one religion seems to be benefiting from the contracts because only them can self certify.
