A policy of hiring someone less qualified over other candidates,

It is a disservice to every enterprise and person affiliated with an
organization adhering to such policies, as well as being detrimental
to the community as a whole.

the color of their skin or how they identity rather than hiring
the best candidate for the job, is a high display of mental filth.
Proponents of DEI are the most despicable people on Earth.
There is no defense in hiring practices based on ones race
or how they identify.
