So after a year working at UOP during the pandemic without any reward. Forcing us to get the Jab Now at riverside the are giving secret raises and promos. Was I one of the lucky operators to get one. no. They have people quitting every week. you would think they would give a raise to everyone but no. Only those the deem worthy while everyone else is told to bad. I can’t wait to put in my 2 weeks and be done with this place.

Nobody said anything about a bonus. This string was about raises. Illiteracy sucks for the rest of us that have to deal with you.
Retention bonus contracts stipulate the employee maintains confidentiality. Hence, it is a secret bonus.
Raises are not secret. Per company policy, you are allowed to discuss your pay with other employees. Next over exaggeration , please....
Secret Raises for some.... Obviously I am not worthy enough. That's ok, just got an offer with another company. As soon as I pass my background check and dr-g test.... I am so out of here.

You don’t have to give 2 weeks. Any notice is sufficient. I have a friend walking after Thanksgiving and she has plans to go to lunch, give her notice and not come back.
The bigger picture: If you haven't received a retention package, the company does not find you worth retaining.

A handful of people at my site (aero) got a promotion and salary adjustment.
It was not kept secret. In fact, the names and positions were shown on a slide in the monthly all hands.
