Very often new generations leave work after only a few days. It’s devastating for any company, but I’m very happy to see that there are people who don’t want to agree to these working conditions.
They come, they are convinced that there is no respect here and they are very confident and go looking for better chances. I wish I had the opportunity to turn down a job so easily too.

@1mty Or just maybe, Sam's $ucks so bad as a way for an income source (I refuse to call it a job, let alone a career) that the new hires are wising up to the idiocracy that has been going on in the clubs.
Or they are just lazy and feel they are entitled and don’t really want to work!
