I don't know if I smell fear mongering, but I do smell a rat. Sit down. People started being rifed in July dude. I know for a fact because I lost colleagues. So has it started, yes, it never stopped.

In my group alone, it's half a thousand. You mean to tell us this is only a few hundred? You're either delusional or a plant. This is most definitely in the thousands.
There were no RIFs in GBD today, I know for sure. Which means that some people report false information here stating they “got a notice”. Why? Getting off the fear mongering? I am really starting to feel this forum is more about “smelling the fire” rather than factual information.
I do know three will be RIFs tomorrow in GBD and elsewhere. The numbers are in the hundreds, not thousands.

There are several people and threads where people are expressing their dissatisfaction with the current state of the company, which is completely understandable in light of the current circumstances. But let's also use this as a teachable moment. This is a publicly traded business and publicly traded businesses will always do what's
best for the bottom line, not a families. So use this unfortunate circumstance to refocus on what really matters, your real family because that's what really matters, not this farce of a corporate family.
