Thread regarding Cenovus Energy layoffs

What's the severance going to be for the next layoffs?

I heard that the next packages aren't going to be as good as the last ones.

I believe someone said on here they got 5 weeks for every year.

Next round of layoffs will pay 4 weeks / year minus 8 weeks. Employees will have received their 2020 bonus plus have worked an additional two months (8 weeks). It is the fair solution.

Last round of packages included LTI payout and bonuses...so it makes sense that the totals would be lower.
