I don't see the December layoff on the CA Warn list- just google CA Warn to access.
How do you access WARN list for CA? Is there a link?
Just checked CA WARN list and only see Elevance for 10/18. Nothing for 12/11.
10/18 and 12/11 are confirmed on the California warn list.

Yes, Friday 10/18 is a FACT. How many times must it be restated? There has not been a single RIF date posted here that has not come to pass. Tomorrow is now the official date, which was moved from today. I am a people leader. Names were given. People leaders were informed.
If no one on your team is RIFed you might not hear about it happening (other than on this site)
Probably moved it to Friday because the all associate TH today.

In my department the RIF is occurring 10/18. I have no idea why they moved it except it is a new way to mess with our heads. Maybe so the condemned can attend the town hall and hear about what they will be missing out on next year.
Sounds like they are moving the rifs calls to Friday, so the people don't get a free day off. Think about it. When they rif on Thursdays, the riffed are given Fridays off. If you are riffed on Friday, you have the unpaid weekend to absorb the shock!

Rifs are scheduled for tomorrow, the 18th.i can't share how I know, but I guarantee it.
Yes I was riffed on Wednesday in Aug round because I had PTO scheduled for Thursday and Friday.
Rif will happen .i know someone that was let go today instead of Thursday because they have pto tomorrow.

Of course it's quiet, what did you expect? RIFs were moved from Thursday to Friday. I know this is 100% true.

RIFs include layoff, reorg, and moving offshore. The last two may as well be daily.

I sincerely hope you're right , but it's probably the calm before the storm. Hopefully it won't be as large of a reduction as August was, but people with big roles on their way out warned us more would be coming and gave this date.
