I'm fortunate, I'm unlikely to be laid off. However, after such a disappointing AIP, does anyone have any inside information on what raises look like? The cost of living has skyrocketed, I'm hoping raises will at least make a /dent/ in keeping us even with inflation.

Pro tip don’t expect much and in 2024 be grateful if you receive anything at all
Budget is 2.9%
Never feel like you’re unlikely to be laid off. You never think it could happen, until it does.
"I didn’t get bonus yet. How much?"
Correction: Use the amount your bonus was last year and divide by 4.
"I didn’t get bonus yet. How much?"
Multiply your bonus you made last year and divide by 4.
I didn’t get bonus yet. How much?

- 9% but could be higher as it depends on where you are in the pay range for your role.
The board set the allocated amount for 2.9 percent. You could get more, depending on how your leader rates your performance. How much more is anyone’s guess.
May the odds ever be in our favor.
Medicare market average is 2.9%. Absolutely no way that Humana would ever give an average of 9% in this unsettled environment especially given AIP was slashed.
- 5% for exceptional this year
- 9% is supposedly the budget. That means some will get less and some will get more (if they got a better rating etc).
Here’s a tip cancel “that thing you don’t need”
