The atmosphere here is awful and it's really hard to accomplish anything. Morale is bad, and every day it is getting worse. Most people here are genuinely dissatisfied with their jobs and with the company. I’m starting to think there’s nothing that can be done to improve the morale here.

I think if you take a long hard look at yourself, the fact that you're still here moaning and complaining and haven't found another job yet says more about you than the company. Maybe you're the problem here and too d-mb to see it.....
