Post where it makes the CEO take notice

Mike Salvino If you really want DXC to grow , you need your employees believing in your direction and the only way to start that is for you and the executive / Board to forgo your salary, stock options and other benefits ( You can have you and your family Medical insurance ) and give everyone that met or exceeded their goals at least a 8% pay increase. Without that you can kiss your a-s goodbye

If DXC wants to get noticed, scrap the DXC sleeve logo for Manchester United £20m, get rid of the Ferrari logo and then pay your staff an increase, your customers will thank you for it!

The Execs also need to get rid of the $20 mil bonus scheme and get paid like your staff, until the business is in the black, rewarding yourself for failure and giving nothing back to your loyal employees, su-ks!

ID: @1llb+1prVseTv - Most of the board, CEO, inept layers of middle management should be replaced by AL - they don't know what they doing and are out of their depth but like to sprout BS and collect the Paycheck. Get rid of that - save company $10's of millions and might improve the company itself.

DXC's salary policy is short sighted. An organisation needs it's employees on it's side. DXC has shown everyone no matter how little you care or do you'll get the same pay review as everyone else - so quite frankly this is why few now care or bother. Management also don't care or listen so this is our only outlet. The company should have automated certain roles long ago - such as account, access and server provisioning, but with these teams under resourced it's now near impossible to get anything new setup, fixed or changed. So we're stuck with what we've already got. Employees have to share logins. If you want a couple of months off just say your laptop broke. But you probably won't have a role by the time you come back as someone will have realised - nobody's doing anything useful around here other than paperwork.

Wrong. I'm sorry to say this, but it will be your behind that may soon say good-bye. Why? Because most companies are investing their money in AI. Which will not only help reduce cost (by laying off workers) but also increase sales, revenues, and profits making shareholders and executives richer. This is the plan for most companies going forward in 2024. You will see an increase in unemployment rate in 2024 as more and more AI starts to be integrated into current systems.
