The only reason to stay is your close to retirement and don’t really want to work to hard anymore. That’s what I did, milked it for 3 years. Should have took more vacation time , the last year I took as many days as I could get and my people manager never said no when I asked

Where are you based? My experience has been very different. Regardless of what DXC does to its employees, it is still considered to be a formidable foe by the rivals, and they respect you in the interviews if you say you are from DXC. Because they know DXC has got top rate talent, especially the ones who are trying to get out and hence appearing for an interview.
I got multiple offers, picked the best and bid goodbye.
DXC is a good brandname to have on your resume... provided you are prepared to put that resume out on the road and start hunting for job.
Since 2018 when Mike #2 was still having his steak cut by HR director. laid off or their new buzz words offboarding - makes it sound less invasive to the stock analysts. I had 34 years and we were specifically targeted mid 50's & 25+ service years and also placed in a job title role that seem to a more generic support ground. DXC then simply drop the generic role for the WFR. I was on FLMA & had later suffered a stroke & once came home from the hospital a "people" manager called & said i was in a redundant role and your services are no longer needed. This action was supported by ASIAN contracted resources were flown to the states for me to train them for my job and when that resource left before dxc could make the switch, another resource was flown over for training or done over the phone. important note make by an insider is it is requiring 3 times the offshore resources to support our us group. offshore resources dont stay long & move to other companies leaving a hole and for me to get a occasional phone call asking "you know how this works?". i reply yes, but you have several resources that were trained to perform that action. I say talk money or be on your way as you didnt have time for thereby i have no time for you. Like they said, its not personal, its just business. Still pondering whether i have a suit against dxc on the way i was targeted - just balancing is it worth the time. i may add more later and some advice for the younger workforce & the lack of loyalty in a corporation.
@OP, I recently went for a couple of interviews for other jobs and was told categorically that I was drastically under paid by DXC. When DXC was mentioned it was to ask who they were. When I explained the interview went cold. Needless to say I was NOT offered any jobs.
@1lha+1nHflcRU I'm the amature investor who posts here from time to time. I'm trying to gauge just how bad it is at DXC and what the composition here of current employees vs ex employees is. I'm also curious about just how underpaid people at DXC are.
Why do you care? Why are you asking? DXC HR maybe
