So there is 3 sections of agree/disagree questions and a section of pattern matching that I just selected answer #2 for all the answers because fu-k it, I'm not staying here long anyway if my interview tomorrow goes well.

These assessments are just protection from lawsuits on their end for when you get fired. Don't kid yourself into believing its for any kind of development. What a joke.
The assessment protects Allstate from discrimination lawsuits when termed employees are cut due to high salary because of their age+experience
If you are planning on staying and refuse to take the assessment, you will be performance managed according to the FAQ.
Hope that interview works out. This will be an excellent excuse to term you with cause, no severance, no UI. Lol.
I took mine last year and still got laid off. Yet other people in my dept refused to take it and they weren't laid off. They made there decision based on my wage and age. Then shipped my job to India.
Haven’t taken mine yet but I have the same feelings you do. I’ve had five interviews in last week. Just waiting to get an offer and gtfo.
These guys either tone deaf or ignorant to use of term assessment after the November RIF. Interesting use of phrase role placement in the invitation. Does that suggest deselection or removal from bonus level role if you come up short on the skills? Sooner or later--yes.
