If you're planning to quit due to the vaccine mandate, please make sure you have an alternative already lined up. There might be companies that don't require vaccination yet, but even they are hesitant about hiring people who are unwilling to get vaccinated because who knows if they'll have to implement the mandate down the line. If they do, then they've just created a problem for themselves. Just make sure to have all your bases covered, is what I'm saying.

A typical days puts $1000 into my pocket. It was a shock how inflated my ego was to believe honeywell is paying software coders anything near par.
I make more money replacing light bulbs, fixing dry wall, and painting than I did writing code for embedded avionics on the latest fancy xilynx.
Stop worrying and take action on your beliefs.
