When they have approved a program, it's generally X weeks minimum and X weeks per year of service. TX is an at will state, so you can basically be told you are let go tomorrow and not have right to anything other than earned pay. No severance program has been approved or announced.
If you are terminated without cause, yes, but not as much as a longer tenured employee. I believe it is 2 weeks per year of employment but there is a min and a max on the amt of time.
