Allstate loves to tout itself as an ethical company..a company that does what’s right for policyholders, employees and communities....

Most of my career, I believe that this was true...
That all started to change when Wilson took over and as soon as Shapiro took over, Allstate became the opposite of their self proclaimed vision...it almost seemed to change overnight...
Allstate will now play any immoral game and attempt any tactic to “pay less.”
That includes playing with numbers by changing metrics without notice to trip up employees, try to wait until sick claimants die before paying a settlement thinking they will get it for less, improperly make their loyal customers pay more than they should for their risk (see consumer reports expose), instructing front line leaders to try to find a way to fire productive employees...
Allstate is now a cesspool of sewage...pure sewage...
If you are currently employed in this blue colored hellhole...

Make sure you are meeting or exceeding your goals with no negative surveys. Employee ranking and evaluation to determine assessments and eventual layoffs happening soon.

DO NOT SEND STUFF TO YOUR HOME EMAIL!!! You can send your performance evaluations because they are yours. For all other information such as your results, work load changes since December 2020, records of approval for pto that just became occurrences- GET SCREENSHOTS ON YOUR PERSONAL PHONE OR TABLET. The other information will help you challenge a term so you can get unemployment, but per the electronic security guidelines you cannot email it outside of the company.

The consumer reports expose? It can easily be found online.
Leaders not being told to be quick about moving people to UN? I am a witness to it being done as are other leaders who have posted on this thread.
Changing the metrics? No one was told that the occurrences were going to be consolidated until it was to be used as a means of termination...

Be specific troll..and likely high level Allstate leader..

OP is right. If people thought the 2020 layoffs were immoral and unethical what we are going to see coming up leading up to and including the layoffs in 2021 will make 2020 seem not so bad. As a leader I can say a sorry sad game of deceit and sabotage is about to play out en mass to the employees of this company. More may end up terminated than actually laid off this year.
