@2bdr There is really no need to cause damage on our way out. Upper management is doing all the damage that can be done itself through their inept and unintelligent actions.
There’s more big lies too. Remember when the Pandemic hit in 2020….we had an all hands meeting in the Spring. They told us how wonderful they were as there were no planned layoffs “at this time.” Outright lie & we stopped believing anything from C-suite. They lead with a pattern of lies. Remember that to them, employees are Kleenex…use ‘em up & throw them away! We owe them no loyalty. Frankly I am surprised more employees are not causing damage as they leave in revenge for this poor treatment….
