Read the company wide SCO email sent this morning very carefully and then start looking for a new job.

I think the poster meant sco wide email sent. I actually read it the same way as the poster. Sounds ominous in vague terms. It just stems from the message last month that cuts will be made in the sco during that sco call.
Agile is the keyword folks, as in you better be agile enough to get thrown out on your a-s and find another job quickly.
@1jqq+1bbXcY8C because you're posting cryptic messages on here about emails that were supposedly company wide, so having the full context helps us understand what is truth and what is fear mongering/exaggeration... Otherwise, don't post about this sh-t on here off you can't provide simple details or context
If you didn’t get the email then you're not in the sco so why care?!
For those of us who didn't get this email, can someone post the details?
OH id never join Allstate, I'm already at a company headed down the path Allstate is, one allstate is about 10 years ahead on. I pay attention to these things, we typically see our company trying the same stuff eventually. Our company is moving to your version of SCO next year (or sooner) so i want to see how horrific it is with Allstate before having to personally experience its greatness (aka reduced claim handling expenses at the employees cost)
You still have given zero reasons why you found the email disturbing and zero details regarding the contents of the email
what company wide email? It must have only been SCO wide...
If by those on the outside you mean outside of Allstate, key takeaway is: don’t come work here. Rampant layoffs, questionable growth strategy.
any insight for those on the outside whats going on?
Please, for the folks in the back, be more specific regarding the letter
Read the email again friend. What do you mean there’s nothing in the email? It’s pretty obvious to everyone but you apparently.
Yup. The writing is on the wall. Whomever thinks otherwise is living in fantasy land.
From Gerard? There’s nothing in that email. Stop fear mongering. SCO has already announced there will be layoffs, but most people will still be here next year.
