Thread regarding USAA layoffs

EEOC must be investigating with all these massive layoffs if folks complained to them

The company appears to be imploding from within!

Don't take this the wrong way, but what would you sue over? Severance packages are provided to employees impacted by company work reduction through no fault of their own and are still able to file for unemployment compensation based on your state requirements. The company is not obligated by law to pay severance. However, if you were fired through fault and disagree with the reasoning then you may have grounds to seek legal action. Maybe questioning bad behavior and company practices early on is the best advantage. Raise your hand and document everything.

Just let me know when the lawsuits start! I would love to sue their a$$e$ off and watch them swirl down the drain pipe into the sewer.
