A colleague who was positive didn't come to work for ten days and is now here again. I heard he is still positive even though he feels good. Is it possible that people are so irresponsible and have no empathy for other people or is he simply afraid that he will lose his job if he does not show up for work despite the test results?

Spineless or maybe they need their job until they find something else. Duh
@1jjf I don't really believe that. Nobody is spineless enough in 2022 to put up with a manager spouting that BS are they?
It really is terrible to work with covid but I heard of a few people doing it because the manager said it was that or their job…and their health insurance.
