The toxic atmosphere that many here mention is a reality. Backstabbing has become part of everyday life and of course some of us here have become more anxious and tense than ever before…
I don't have any special advice on how to deal with so much toxicity (other than finding a better job).
Maybe someone has?
For now, I'm just trying to stay under the radar as much as possible.

They guy sitting behind me comes in for 10 minutes and leaves. Lol
Why don't you ask executive leadership to start speaking some truth as well? Maybe failed leaders like yourself can spare a piece of cake for the little people while you are at it.

I hit the radar :( be careful what you say and do. U less you’re ready for a change. I’m ready. Just wish it was on my terms.
Take care of your mental health. You seem to be exactly the person who might benefit from the EAP if your company has one. You know there is an issue all you need is to do something within your control.
Talk to the EAP folks and get some suggestions which will help you.

why would you carry on working in such an environment? Life is too short - don’t let them make your life miserable!
