Anyone else on autopilot mode?
I used to wake up dreading the workday and after a while I lost all motivation to work. Now I only work the bare minimum. There is no longer any hope that Allstate can motivate employees to be more engaged.
As for me, after working on auto pilot mode, the next step is to give a notice.

A bunch of us in auto VA feel the same way . It’s a ridiculous amount of work they demand from us writing estimates nonstop off 40-50 poorly taken shop photos . We are told to lowball the shops which caused numerous supplements and resulting in our customers exceeding their rental 30 days due to our delays
