In the Lets Talk Live there was a quote from Jennifer Gottlieb "We have so many questions coming in about RTO but this call is global and RTO questions are US based. We will do our best to try and cover all of these in a separate call next Monday"
Fast forward to today. Invite comes out for Monday and the call is scheduled for only 45 minutes. They already have "so many questions" and there is a call out in the invite to submit more questions.
You are going to "do your best to answer all of these questions" Ms. Gottlieb? How about you schedule a full fu----g hour then, would it be that hard? Is this how you "try" by not even wanting to schedule a full hour? I'm positive there are lots of uncomfortable questions and topics and you are looking to spend the minimal amount of time possible.
A full hour would be more like doing the minimum and not "your best" but we understand that at MetLife doing the minimum passes for effort with the SLT.
Minor details but it tells you how they lie to your face and probably don't even realize it. There is no honest interest for the them to be open and to listen to or address everything that people have to say.
