Word on the street is they will be enhancing the bonus structure to something great for the employees! A pizza party as well as a taco breakfast! That should help improve employee morale! Much better than a bonus! Employee productivity has sky rocketed since RTO, however the economic landscape is still very rocky, so we may have to hold off on financial incentives for now! Ooops except at the CEO level!
