Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

People forget quickly

I’m not very interested in other people’s decision whether to get vaccinated or not nor do I have any interest in convincing someone of one or the other.
However, does anyone really think that by getting vaccinated they will keep their job?
What is interesting to me is that the vaccinated ones think that this will secure their job here. Maybe it will, but certainly not for long.

What everyone is missing is that now that the Vac has gained full FDA approval, you can now sue the employer for adverse reactions to the vaccine for mandating it. This was not an option while the government had it on emergency basis.

Reach out to icandecide.org ! I just read they ARE bringing lawsuits to employers and schools that are trying to force vaccination … and WINNING ! They are asking for emails with the written notice stating that the vaccine is required to be sent to freedom@icandecide.org ! Good luck !

I am just glad you will be out by Oct 11. You couldn't care less about T's lawyer? pff. You will, once you are out. Dang, what a simpleton.

Guess what? It’s time to put this topic to rest…to vaxx-/or not to vaxx! Those of us vaccinated are fine with ‘your choice’ not to vaxx. We just don’t want to be around you…like anywhere or ever….and we’re grateful that T will allow you to do your thing come October.

All these stupid arguments these non-vax folks are making will be meaningless in about a week when the FDA fully approves the vaccine. ATT and other companies have already anticipated this and are out in front of it. Once that happens they can simply tell you to get vaccinated or hit the road period. They make the rules not you just like duh you cant drink alcohol at work dar

AT&T Legal Team has been instructed to spare no expense in disposing of any employee out of compliance with vax order as it relates to COBC.

T legal lawyers are well armed. Trust me...and they will fight to the end. They get paid either way, you may not.

OP comment regarding ATT lawyers. You clearly know nothing about a corporation as large as ATT and how they manage to protect themselves and their assets. A foolish comment from an obviously uneducated ‘worker’. Their Legal arsenal is well equipped to address their mandate and the COBC. Dream on…..

If att lawyers are anything like their senior management then trust me people are not concerned about their lawyers.

That is even cuter. There were no animal trials and they were skipped. This is still not approved by the FDA.

I could care less about att's lawyer. So please try again.

Zero people have said or implied that they think getting vaccinated means lifetime employment. Sorry about the time you wasted on that fairy tale.

Get another job. No income lost. No coercion. No Problem.

You either don't understand the definition of the word "coercion", or are pretending you don't.

Simple solution.
Just fire people won't get vaccinated.
Your either part of the problem or part of the solution.

The sickest in ICU's currently are unvaccinated.
Can't fix Stupid.

So it’s not job security. It’s job security for the time being.
COBC violators don’t get raises, promotions, bonus and yes, they can get terminated without unemployment or severance.
So you really have to figure out what is important to you for the short term and the long term.

There is a job accommodation process. They don’t even have all of the details defined yet. Use it if you need it or just to stay compliant and buy time.

You are just an ATTUID. Nothing else. So 10/12, vaxxed or no vaxxed means nothing.

One thing for sure, if you dont get vaccinated, you wont have a job. Exercise your rights somewhere else.

Oh yes. Vaccination = AT&T commitment for lifetime employment. No vax = walking papers on 10/12. Did you not read the emails?

Just don't get vaccinated if it bothers you that much. Bring up other people that has nothing to do with you ain't gonna help your cause.
