Question is did the cut the right people. We have been a partner of Xerox for the better part of 25 years and the so called "management" in the past 15 years has been weak, and incapable of leading the company through this transition. Xerox has failed because the CEO's. Thoman, Mulcahy, Burns, Jacobsen, and Visintin. Bad leaders making bad decisions.
Nope. I was wrong about that. 50% cash option only.
Not true about RIGP. Funding % still over 80.
Totally get a severance in the US for us shmoes. Capped at 12 weeks for me, shoulda been at least 30. And can't get a total lump sum outta rigp anymore. Su-ks.
At the VP level, their severance was probably already determined when they negotiated their compensation package. So they may not have received any "severance" but they'll be getting paid one way or another.

No you're wrong. Lost a VP, said they got no severance.
More bad info. There is severance. What is wrong with you people.
US is 12 weeks, other countries labour law gives employees more if a job is eliminated due to restructuring.
I've heard someone who took the package. Got 12 weeks pay
How can they do that when everywhere in their faq says they're giving severence?
You're surprised!???
