Thread regarding Cigna layoffs

Town hall white board

I missed the town hall but heard about Noelle’s white board saying displayed behind her. I watched to the replay and I either missed it or did Cigna do some move magic and remove it?

@1hmj+1w1QjB8W you need to read the insights survey response from Kari again. We aren't the employer of choice LOL. "As we continue our journey toward becoming the employer of choice". Maybe they're starting to get it? Probably not, nobody cares and we should just work harder.

Precisely the tone that you'd expect from "the employer of choice"

There was a card that said "Nobody cares. Work harder" underneath the DMOM card. If you look closely, you can see inconsistent shadows the first time she appears where they digitally covered it. The second time she appears the shadows are more consistent because she took it down and they didn't need to cover it up again. The card itself is relatively harmless for someone trying to "be a boss", but the timing is incredibly poor and the effort gone to cover it up is telling.
