I’ve watched a ton of jobs go either overseas (where labor is cheap) or they are replaced by technology and AI. Nothing enrages a customer more than the inability to reach someone by phone that fluently speaks their language. Their other locations are India (cheap labor) and Ireland (tax loopholes). I left Allstate as a customer but the company I use now does NOT offshore and outsource. I invite you to share how you think this gradual shift in jobs will affect Allstate. My expectation is not good.

Allstate is also outsourcing FNOL takers to Mexico.
I agree that AI is not customer friendly and outsourcing should not be done, in fact US companies should be penalized for outsourcing, of course outsourcing was moving fast years ago, and the H1B visa's should be very restricted and tied to unemployment rate, many companies bring in H1B workers as they work for lower amounts and often go back after a few years so they don't have to worry about pay raises.

Allstate is waiting to see if life is found on Mars. If so, can they speak English? If so, India employees will get 86’d should that happen......:/
