Do you people still use company vehicles as your daily drivers! Ha ha! Gotta love employees and management making their own perks!!!

@1h6 There is nothing like attacking you for years in and then trying to justify things. I never had a hot pocket btw. Darvo moment. Anything but discussing accountability that is objective...

@1j7 shortly after that breathing problems ensued. The same problems I had near the end of January, it literally destroyed my health. I noticed strange random moments unfolding during this time but I couldn't put it together and chose to dismiss it

@1j7 Doug Field, do you care to comment on this? Why are you stalking ex ford employees and intimidating them into isolation for speaking up?

@1h6 I remember going to lifetime fitness every single day after ford until I was approached to whistleblow against Ford about misconduct and due to corruption they found out and followed me by car everywhere I went. I mean literally everywhere. I couldn't go to the gym because Ford was stalking me anywhere I went and wouldn't leave me alone because the people claiming to protect us leaked it

there is a car in front of my door with license plate that says "orange" RIGHT NOW btw.

There really is nothing like a deep fried Hot Pocket, it's breathtaking, I suggest you try it.

I believe someone is seeking accountability for Walmart’s unfortunate stocking issues with hot pockets.

As a current LL6, I can tell you that we have little to no power relative to GSRs. LL6s are still very much at the mercy of LL4 and higher.

@qh
There is a lack of integrity at the board and CEO level.
That lack of integrity flows downhill.
This won't get fixed.

GSRs are always accountable , Ford is not like GM to fix the root cause. GM booted the top goofs quickly, Ford will wait five + years and promote those who never delivered anything.

I’ve noticed some people here demanding accountability, I can confidently say I don’t believe it’s all genuine. It seems like low moral fiber is a persistent issue. Even HR acknowledges how poorly management handles things. Management can deny lacking accountability, but it only intensifies our desire to demand it.

No one will stop them...that's the problem. They need to remove levels, and make people work again to move up.

What is accountability? I've worked here 10 years and I've never heard of it.

Board approved so they have get out of jail free card.

CYA is the first rule of executive-ship.

If you don't have an Outlook folder for CYA emails, you're doing it wrong.

If your boss comes to your desk to give you direction, ask for it in an email "so you don't lose direction" over the course of the project.

CYA or see-ya.

I know at least a few that deserve no bonus and should return their paychecks for the last several years.

They are all getting 130% bonus profits sharing for 2025. Even though Ford have lost over $8 billions.

Wow. What a great company.
