All unarmed for most places and yes like the majority of call centers are shuttered pretty alarming

Allstate is already getting rid of Scottsdale. They shutting it down.

Um maybe to handle employees let go and the people left in the building for safety reasons. I’m curious if the security is armed and/or has mace or cuffs?

Ah is this a new hire maybe, a yellow badge? And they hire security to prevent people from going ape on the management. They typically hire 4 guards per shift along with a supervisor.

I worked for another companies call center I will not name years ago and they did the same thing. Except they were in a big command center type office and did nothing along with the supervisor. We got our severance packages in groups of 25, when that happened they stationed a guard in the room and in the hallway. Back and front of the facility. We had our belongings mailed to us

So that might be happening I don't know. I currently work the scottsdale aip and they are slow rolling construction and cutting the call center in half.
I can tell you it does seem like my old call center where we got our severance same vibe too
