The big A is now send work to Mexico, Columbia and South Africa and yes India is now licensed
They already are licensed in India. They've been handling total loss and tech review for a while now. Just noticed that India is now handling cro tasks as well.
Can they even become licensed in India?
@1gjq+1k9TrfvS…… we can thank the current administration. It all starts at the top with the greedy Chicago CEO. We all know what side of the political spectrum the CEO is on….. Yep he is proud of his blue hat. He will be eben happier when 90% of the workforce is overseas…….
Home Office has made it clear that they want to move to a 20/80 model where 20% of the workforce is American and the remaining 80% is out of the US (Ireland / Pune).
let them. I want a severance.
The lack of vision that the leaders have is insane. I know nobody who would want to deal with a rep overseas to save a few dollars. USAA will soon overtake us.
This is what happens when greedy politicians are allowed to union bust and fight against workers rights all while pretending to make the country great again.
I think you have your employee count mixed up, but your point is well taken and very accurate
10 underpaid Indians working 12 hrs a day so they can feed their families can do more work than 1 overpaid American that needs some cheese with their whine. They should leave but won't because they know they're overpaid. Pretty smart I'd say.
Give it a few years, if this company is still around, they will be going to the next inexpensive country for their labor. Since there are no laws telling them this is unethical, they will keep doing it. Follow the money
This is what happens when the greedy sc-m Chicago CEO only cares about the shareholders & his own financial gain. FYI Allstate CEO is the highest paid CEO in the industry. AllPune coming soon.
It is sad that a once great company has sold its employees down the river. I include employees in India as they will soon discover what it is really like now.
