I don't think Sharpie left because he was fired, I think he left because he was NOT getting enough from the trough. The other an-l orifices took too much and didn't leave enough for him.

Kens main achievements were the balance sheet tidy-up.
Mikey can't grow the business so Kens used the monies from sold assets to repay debt, reduce interest etc.
They also took staff pay to do the $1.4billion share buybacks to benefit themselves. So effectively build back 30% of the company, another 20% to be bought this year.
Unfortunately it's backfired as wall street doesn't tryst mickeys bull and the share price keeps crashing.
Overall ken is OK but he had to do what micky told him.
In the end Micky and Mary salvino fired him.
