I look at the home page and the first thing you see is Ethics and compliance. Next Pride month and nothing about all the new programs that do not work. Programs such as, Forte, Fast, Tech2go. WFS, to name a few. You will never guess when this started, plus told we have live with it

FAST,DATU,tech2go,techlite,tech mart,chat,wifi7. All down today. I completed 0 jobs today. Heard nothing from duty supervisor today. Nobody cares. Inc tickets get closed out.

This is my life as well. I cannot log in, systems do not work, the ones that do work are taken down without notice. I call IT and a ticket is opened with lowest priority when I cannot access the VPN. A co-worker was told to get access to a system and the IT ticket was not touched for 11 months. It is a real sh*t show trying to work.

Didn't KJ invest many millions into AI stuff? Maybe she should actually use AI to help keep critical systems working. Oh wait a sec, millions is still not enough when jumping into AI for the first time. It's typical of Lumen to jump head first into deep end of pool that only has two feet of water in it.

This is not intended to be a put down post but reality. This is a result of outsourcing the core development team. When outsourcing there is an expected drop in quality but at Lumen we have mostly the low level talent of that pool. This is speaking as a developer onshore mighty frustrating working with them. Out of every 10 you come across one that is serviceable and takes many attempts to even put a basic working code together

Call up the Board Of Directors and ask them W-TEE-F were they thinking by hiring KJ as CEO. Lumen is in the toilet now and taking the swirl ride down the tubes. It's the Board's fault for hiring the wrong person.
