I am aware that we cannot influence leadership decisions but I still cannot be completely indifferent to what is happening here, at least as long as I am still here. How much longer will Allstate continue to hire overseas? Is there an end to this or will the leadership continue with this strategy until they offshore all jobs they can?

@1fyx+1fKSL8uN companies are not run on hopes and dreams. If you don't like what Allstate had become, there's thousands of other companies you can work for.

Nasty comment below. For some, Allstate meant something back in the day. Maybe OP is hoping for a return to civility for this dumpster fire. They can dream.
