Thread regarding Lumen Technologies layoffs

Money

Lumen has no money. They are cooking the books to look good. Hiding things. They are calling in markers desperately wanting ppl to pay up. This is a hole we won't get out of.

It would appear that there is only one or two individuals who disagree with posts concerning Lumen’s CEO and her DTL mindset, and how she is sinking the ”ship”. It must be KJ or her beloved family who are disputing what everyone else is saying.

This reminds me of what happened in the days of Qwest. I remember Nacchio, Robin, and Afshin Mohebbi, doing the same thing trying to show Qwest was the stock to buy. Then watching all my friends get the boot, and my entire group get laid off, because of his greed. Same thing here. Why do you thing when AT&T, and Verizon bought all their companies they did try to change into a technology company, because they were smart enough to know it wouldn't work. The geniuses that took CTL and turned it into Lumen doomed the company at that point. They should have just kept it the way it was and made the customer obessession priority to change the culture and focused on the network. But what do I know. I used to work at Level3/CTL and have been in this industry for 25 years. Glad I took the package before all he-l breaks loose.

After salary, bonuses and stock options, JK, makes roughly 1 million a MONTH! I’d like to ask the directors and stakeholders of Lumen, what has JK done in the past 18 months to earn that amount of money. Oh yes, she accomplished laying off outstanding people who gave 💯 every day. Way to go KJ, you should feel well accomplished, ha!

The non-float shareholders should demand a change in Board of Directors, and then demand a new CEO. Shareholders don't care so much about what widget or pooop the company sells, they only care that their share investment has acceptable return. There's 1,000 other stocks that perform 100 times better than LUMN. The poor share performance is directly related to the CEO.

“They are cooking the books to look good”

Would you expect anything less from leadership who started this “ Reset ” by openly saying that they are going to restore profitability by innovating Disruption!! That Doesn’t exactly give one a sense of smooth sailing ahead!

Not enough money to serve the customers but plenty for another DTL garage session. KJ is so in love with her! The production she puts on with multiple cameras from several angles sickens me. People, there’s nothing between those two ears!!

When you think what KJ is getting paid a year (salary, bonus, stock options) and if you were to pay employees a minimum of 100k per year, you could have 120 great employees or one unbefitting CEO. I’d go with the 120 employees who would “actually” be working, and working to make it a better company and better company to work for. The culture at Lumen has sunk to an all time low!

hearing there could be another 1000 RIFs coming soon from KJ and team, more optimization of chatbots to replace Lumen humans. Just saying, not many things have been wrong on this blog

KJ made another Form 4 and just bought another 750,000 shares. Her odd buying pattern is driving the stock price down not up. It's also obvious that to everyone that KJ's 7.5 million shares is not making anyone believe Lumen is a good investment. If Lumen had anything good to offer the stock price would not be stuck at $1.30. Lumen is being positioned for biz unit sell off and then eventually a full company sale.

It's really funny that Lumens stock level now takes one back to 1985. Great performance LEMON! This company is doomed and full of buffoons. Run don't walk for the door.
