Thread regarding USAA layoffs

Potential layoffs in banks (speculation)

With this loss, if other banks that previously lost against USAA in Texas court system decide to appeal… it’s going to creat huge deficit in FSB’s budget. Losing money only leads to reduction in force.

Only because P&C decided to take a larger share of shared expenses. IT billing, support CoSAs, G&A...thus P&C employees will given slightly lower bonuses due to impact on financial metrics in the P&C scorecard. The nugget is how bonuses are allocated at the EC level. If both businesses look profitable, then extra kicker. If only one is profitable...you know the thing...

Bank has serious low level of leadership quality at the top. Moran is the biggest Mo--n who won a lottery, and benefiting this year from the ground work done by Paul. Double standards and while he shows caring people, behind the scenes he continues to layoff and plot against the teams.

It depends on whether or not the bank booked it or if they. We’re waiting for appeals to play out.
