The timing of February / March seems suspicious and I’m worried that the HCL sign-on bonus is meant to replace our end of year bonus, does anyone know for certain what’s happening?

Having never lived in BLM during my career....I have never had access to SF Park. Sounds like it was a nice perk for the locals.
You guys are worried about access to SF park?! Lmao
@3mkr I asked this question before receiving my offer letter which came 2 days late. Chill out, turn your computer off and touch some grass.
Do you even READ the material on year end bonus and how it works. What a d-mb question....
@1eqs - It's been stated State Farm Park access will be revoked. I've been going there for decades. :(
If I understood right the FAQ said if accepting the HCL offer the bonus is paid at the 100% level on the last paycheck of February, and when the full bonus is approved by the board in March, if above 100% the remaining amount will still be paid to any ex internal employees at that time.
They are getting their EIP (their end date is 3/31) and if they sign on with HCL, I've heard they get next years prorated as well.
EIP won't be paid until late March, but the severance and transfers to HCL have deadline of March 1st. Are they making an Exception to give them the bonuses 3 weeks after they are no longer with the company.
I hope HCL employees get to use SF Park.
Has to be approved by the Board.
Impacted employees still get their EIP award
