I used to look forward to the holiday season, but now I don't. The last time I was on vacation, not only that I didn't get enough rest, but after those few days that passed enormously fast, I came back even more tired to this company. Is there anyone else who feels this way? It has become so stressful here that even a few months of vacation would not be enough.

Hunter Biden? Donnie Jr is taking seconds from Gavin Newsome so LOL about that.
Hey ungrateful minions-good news in just a few more hours back to work. Yahoo!
LOVE it!
You wanted socialism. You got it.
@1eir. Hunter Biden would be proud. Lol.
I've been gone for quite awhile. State Farm employees today shock me with alcohol abuse. I watched management stagger out of a bar, get into the wrong car, refused to purchase alcohol by a business because of being under the influence, and slur their words. When I confronted the individual about getting help about their alcohol abuse they denied it and said they have control of their drinking. This is your leadership today. I believe most are functional self mediators. Your leadership needs to get their illnesses under control so the rest of the organization can work in an environment that is free of mental health issues. When management comes out of a bar and grill at a "management" meeting severely intoxicated business and the employees suffer the consequences. No! It's NOT all about me....it's about us.
I retired 3 years ago during the first big purge and that’s still not enough time to go back! This time away from a very long career with the Farm made me realize just how bad it was for me. I feel like I’ve probably extended my longevity significantly. I’m truly sorry for how you feel. I’ve been there. The last day of vacation and almost every Sunday evening got very depressing for me like a gathering gloom was on the horizon and approaching quickly.
Lots of people at State Farm are getting burned-out. Mental health issues doesn't just happens for no reason.
I finally had it this week and started applying for new jobs. I'm tired of doing the work of multiple people with zero to show for it.
State Farm is not a place to work if you want to stay physically or mentally healthy. The office I worked in had an overwhelming population of employees who are prescription medications like candy. So when they say to take care of your mental health they are trying to sweep the cause under the carpet. It is very important for employees to know State Farm does not and never will care about your well being. All they care about is you work hard for their wealth. What they preach and what they do is the epitome of hypocrisy.
State Farm employees who are healthy mentally. What a joke! Most are on antidepressants seriously.
A truly dystopian part of … all this … are the emails, postcards, and SFnet messages reminding people to tend to their mental health while doing absolutely nothing to make that possible. The work environment here actually exacerbates and even causes mental health conditions.
You are spot on. Maybe there are positions where you aren't on the front line as cannon fodder, I.E not claims or underwriting. Try to get one of those cushy jobs if you can
