Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

And so the cycle begins...will they never learn?

Old CEO moves on with pockets full of money.

New CEO joins- full of hope and promise.

New CEO starts filling pockets.

The only thing that's not cyclical is the poor treatment of staff, inept management, customer frustration and the desperate hope that this time it will be different.

@1edz+1rauU1tu - haha. Very easy to identify that you are a useless buuummmm middle (finger) manager!

Go on. Do a soul searching. When did you ever do anything productive like service a customer, solve his issue / problem, build customer trust or lead a bid / sale?

Hello OP.
Your description of the situation is also mine.

I also see the lack of learning. This includes the board of directors, customers, but also the current employees.

I wonder how much a failing CEO can earn, I wonder how many still believing in better recognition of employees will come, I wonder why customers stay.

Please add to that list - clueless middle managers having no understanding of the business or technology - yes man to senior execs. They never grow up and have a spine.
