Applying for Digital Consultant 5 role (IC) Product Owner. Does anybody here know what base can one expect? I know this is not regarding layoffs but I thought somebody may know if this is worth my time

It is hilarious to me that a poster thinks a company in crisis and laying off thousands has time to pursue a lawsuit about a general compensation range.

At this point I think the only thing they have time for is processing seperations

You mean other than the fact that it says right on the pdf “Job Family reports contain confidential information and should not be disclosed to persons outside Wells Fargo”?

Why would OP ask if he/she is a current employee? Just because comp info is listed on our internal Jobs board but not external does not mean external applicants can’t be given the info. I’ve done it for friends who left Wells but are interested in open roles (Crazy, I know!). I don’t know OP and have other things to do right now, but might look it up later if no one else has bothered. BUT, given the level and likely job family, I’m guessing the MRP is too high to list.

I would guess 150k based off other 5 level consultants

But I agree with the comments. I am ditching a similar role becuase it has NEVER been worth the money to try and compensate for a broken culture mixed with new leaders and poor data strategy

Salary is determined on city code (basically the market for prices in similar cities) and experience. We have job titles where pay can vary several tens of thousands based on location.
