Info is on the wire. Check PTO policy for 2021. It explains it in there. It looks like the Legacy Personal time stays the same. You have to exhaust your pto and ppto in order to use it. The Legacy sick hours however, you no longer have to exhaust everything. You can use it if you take a leave of absence to care for yourself or a family member. But you can’t use it if you are getting short term disability. Check it out on the wire for more 2021 policy updates.
Is there something going on with the hours stolen from us. They were some sports actually paying out a whooping 2 days last year. How about paying that money that was rightfully earned. Despicable way to run a business....Just bend the long term employees right over and screw them out of money they earned. Screw you Walmart/Sam's execs!!
@1eao+19iNiq9G..... you may want to check on those personal hrs. It may only be the sick time that they cut loose on. 500 hrs is tragic. It's like working for free for three months.
Legacy hours only affect the long time associates. These were hours accumulated prior to the PTO program.They are listed as Personal hours or Sick Pay. It actually a relief for us long timers. I had 120 hours sick that was unavailable to use and 500 hours in personal hours.
