Has anyone told Sarah that we are about 25 years behind in terms of technology? It’s actually embarrassing, yet her town hall she emphasized the need for us to be immersed in data. Why can’t anyone close to her tell her the truth?

I assume you do not work in IT based off the comment. The entire IT department's goal for 2026-2027 is to move everyone into Snowflake and off pretty much every legacy system that exists right now. To be honest a lot of the reason why its taking so long is because of business teams not wanting to adapt.
25 years behind in technology? What else do you expect when a bunch of old dudes from Humana are running IT?

Whatever. All AI does is give a summary of what is already on the internet. But you have to FACT CHECK the sources. Which makes it a middle man. And if you have to fact check AI.. just do the research yourself?????
Because it's cheaper for them to crack the whip at Business/Data Analysts to ramp up production than it would to implement a technology or system that would store and/or connect all the data/systems they've been buying up for 20+ years. They only reason they shelled out 12 million on copilot is the fear of being the only corporation being left behind from the AI bandwagon.
Just make a bowl of popcorn and wait for this all to blow up in their faces when they realize AI isn't what it's been hyped up to be.
