I believe the proper definition of a scab would be a non rep tech that does the same job as a rep tech. Unfortunately National does not fall in that category.

Yes, I knew a lot these posts are from nonemployees. No different than scabs.
@1dxr, the website does have rules in the footer basically saying that foul language, insults, off-topics like politics and posting people’s names/personal info is not allowed (and if posted will get nuked).
But if you have something to say about layoffs, have an opinion about the management or you are just frustrated with your work conditions and want to vent, you can do it here without fear of consequences.
This website has thousands of users and hundreds of active forum boards, one for every major company on Earth, all of them speaking freely here about their employers. If it works for them, I see no reason why it shouldn’t work for you.
