@1ueb+1cU7zAhq West Wood might have been in the top 02, many Years ago, but not now. Have you been there? I have. On Sat. (their busiest Day since they are closed Sun.'s for blue laws), the place was desolate. Maybe 2 customers tops in there, and they were just wandering around not really buying anything. More employees than customers. Ceiling tiles falling down, good percentage of the store blocked off and abandoned, shelving ready to fall over. They are not top of anything right now. The only reason they (and Avenel too, for that matter) still exist right now, is that nobody leased it yet. They are both listed for lease:

These stores are both on Death row. Their fate is sealed, but the judge just hasn't set the Date of their execution yet. Literally Dead stores walking. As soon as someone leases them, the plug gets pulled.
Grass Valley is a different story. They won't survive because there literally isn't a Kmart within about 900 miles of there (the closest being Hamilton MT). So they are sending trucks to a specific location with no other stops nearby. This can't continue (although it could be argues that they share a truck with one of the Sears or Sears Hometowns that still exist in CA).
Hyannis? That's laughable. It was in a town, in the resort area of Cape Cod, that is really only occupied about 3 Months in a Year. Hardly anybody is in Cape Cod after Labor Day. And when a Target opened across the street from them, we Knew they would close. And predictably, they did.
