BD HAS LEFT WATERS WITH MONEY PIT. OUT OF DATE TEST TOOL, BUILDINGS ARE UNDER MAINTAINED, NOT ENOUGH LIFTS FOR ASSOCIATES TO WORK SAFELY, AND LACK OF HANDTOOLS. MANAGERS & SUPERVISORS THAT BELIEVE INTIMIDATION, THREATS, LACK OF REWARDS FOR GOOD WORK, AND LACK OF EXPERT TALENT ON CRITICAL PLATFORMS. THEY MOVE POORLY BARLEY TRAINED ASSOCIATES TO NEW PLATFORMS, CAUSING CONFUSION, FRUSTRATION, AND MANY TO SEEK OTHER EMPLOYMENT. IF THEY CONTINUE TO KEEP THE CURRENT SUPERVISORS AND MANAGEMENT. WATERS WILL STRUGGLE TO SURVIVE.

Does anyone if RIFs are continuing this week?

I was laid off this week and was associate level. The process was ugly and inhumane.

@1en they wouldn't give details on headcount, but from what we all heard it was around 20-30 people from San Diego

I'm hearing that layoffs will take place over a period of weeks for each level: last week VPs, this week directors, next week managers, and the last week associates. It's going to be a rough month - good luck everyone.

Confirmed at least for the Sparks MD location. Not sure of full scope - but certainly a significant number of director level associates affect across functions. Hearing next level down starting next week. Good luck everyone!

@19q tons of chats going around in DS/Adx. Seems like our new leadership was irate at a meeting last week about our performance the last two years and is demanding layoffs to compensate. They were very clear at that meeting that restructuring was going to be happening this week. Looks like they were true to their word.

Finance, HR, IT, and back office will go first. SAP4 Hana is projected to make significant redundancies in Finance and accounting. IT will be outsourced to India ( home country FTW). Back office will go with release of new quoting tool. Low performance sales, marketing, and product managers will follow. Anticipate July after close of 2Q.
