We the final nail has been put in the coffin.

He said they will go through pay to see if anyone is out of whack.

Which means no company wide raises, just crumbs to the ones who are major outliers.

So the priorities are, executive bonuses first, and crumbs to a very select few…..

And I hope it’s not lost on anyone, he almost went full Mikey 2.0, implying you either support their bonuses and stfu or you can leave. I think someone must have told him on chat to not fu--ing say the last part.

@2fdf+1t4ts7HP That's the point. They aren't listening when we do attend. They need to be shown they've lost the good will of the staff. How they gonna make their millions of they don't have anyone doing the work? Every time you dial in, they think they still have our attention.

The FAart done quite a lot of ballshitting in that speech.

Saying the execs have lost out as they get paid their millions in shares and the share price has gone down, so they are losing out.

The reason they get some of their money in shares is so they can avoid paying tax. These guys will skrew it every way then can until its dry.

Why has the share price gone gone down bozo? Who is responsible for the company? The people at the the top, they aren't performing or meeting the financial targets.

Everyone suffer for their incompetence whilst they keep taking everyone's pay.

A case of reward for failure at the top.

Just stop attending these things! When they realise nobody shows up anymore, nobody is listening, nobody is interested in their self serving rar-rar shows. Then they might finally ask why and listen. They clearly aren't listening now. But what's changed? You accepted a 0% pay rise the last 10 years. This strategy is clearly working as far as they are concerned.

If you get invited to the employee survey (why the he-l are the afraid to send it to all I wonder) you need to give it honest feedback without fear of repercussion [..]

The survey was once sent out to all employees. Now it's down to a 20k sample size with the same median time of waiting for the final results. They're not afraid. They're doing their best to twist the survey results to suit their agenda, which is that we are 'happy and engaged'. What they're really doing is 'if 20k people are happy and engaged, then the other 110k are too'. Absolutely delusional and an insult to the scientific method.

Clearly the upper levels have forgotten that you have to incentivise performance these days when all other companies do (even smaller ones are). The days of employees going above and beyond when no rewards are coming are long gone.

Meanwhile - DXC automatically increases the price to the clients by Inflation+ just like the mobile companies do. If DXC linked our salary to our charge rate and bookings, we'd all know exactly what to do to ensure a win-win for the company and ourselves.

I'm glad I have adopted a policy of not bothering to attend these things. Our managers already said we're not choosing between people who are cr-p but haven't had a pay rise in 10 years, and those who are good and only joined recently but will go if they get nothing. So we'll all get the same 2% max. Which is now expected to be 0%. But on the basis that's what we all deep down expected out of this company anyway - what's changed!? So why would you leave now when you didn't leave in January is our how our managers see it. Meanwhile DXC is more and more attractive for a take over.

So it was all lies then, pay reviews they said…!!!

The review is to ascertain if you are an outlier, which workday could tell them in a matter of seconds from a report looking at median pay.

And the mention of share price taking a hit wasn’t factored in when the announcement was made. Hey as long as executive pay and bonus is done!
