@hjm+1hgvv4Bn The shameful truth is that sometimes it is actually quicker for a reply than Tech Support. Additional benefit of going to thelayoff for your IT needs is that there is none of that dreadful on hold music. Not exactly the feet-tapping sound, is it?

Mine just disconnects 2x per day and I need to reboot. I truly believe they took resources from VPN to make it painful for people to go into the office. Or they outsourced the team to India which is more likely the problem as always. To heck with outsourcing. It is a failed concept and you execs are pushing is. Clowns

When you call tech support you automatically hear a message that says we are aware of the Secure Pulse login issues and we are working to resolve the issue.
Sooooooooo.....

I had another of the thousand up laptop updates we get and it totally hosed my system, the update was for Pulse, took 2 days to resolve. I have never seen so many non stop updates in any place I've worked.

I remember an EACO call on Pulse Secure a couple of years ago and how many people lost access. It was kind of funny watching all the chiefs scramble around.

Reboot

If that doesn’t work reboot again. That should solve it.

Mine crapped out on me today. I turned off the laptop and then it connected when I turned it back on.

TheLayoff is the official Tech Support arm of Wells Fargo now. This is sarcasam, but I do find it entertaining that people ask questoins about tools and process here on thelayoff. I see it all the time and it just tells you how bad the support is.

Had same problem OP and called technology connection sounds like it is something a few people are experiencing. This is my first wfh day so I know it’s not tied to a violation

No, this means you have been identified as someone who has not been going to the office as directed
You will no longer be able to connect to VPN from now on
Better RTO
